A free, no-obligation site visit is the most reliable way to produce an accurate cleaning plan and quotation. We visit your premises, assess your requirements in detail, and prepare a written proposal at no cost to you.
What the survey covers
20–40 minutes on site
- Floor areas, room types and access arrangements
- Current cleaning arrangements and any known problem areas
- Frequency requirements and preferred cleaning times
- Specialist areas such as kitchens, washrooms or technical spaces
- Consumables and materials currently in use
- Desired start date and mobilisation requirements
What to have ready
- Site access and a point of contact on the day
- Any existing cleaning specification or schedule, if available
- Floor plans or site layout drawings, if available
- Details of any areas with restricted access or special requirements
- Your preferred start date or contract commencement window
What happens afterwards
Following the survey, we prepare a written specification and a fixed quotation based on what we observed on site. There is no obligation to proceed. If you choose to appoint us, we agree a mobilisation plan and confirm the start date in writing.
