The property is used for short stays, with a schedule driven by bookings. Bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas all need to be prepared to a consistent standard before each arrival.

What needed attention

The client needed a dependable turnaround service that could be scheduled around confirmed bookings. The property needed to be ready within the available window between departures and arrivals.

How the work was arranged

We agreed a written cleaning plan covering all areas of the property — bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and shared spaces — with defined tasks for each turnaround. A checklist-based approach supports consistent delivery.

What was included

Bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas are all included. Cleans are scheduled around the booking calendar, with access arrangements confirmed in advance. Laundry is not included.

How communication is handled

The property manager contacts us directly to confirm bookings and access. We keep a record of each clean carried out and flag any issues that need attention.
