How we work
How we set up and manage your cleaning service
A reliable cleaning arrangement starts with understanding the premises properly. We visit the site, discuss what needs cleaned and agree the work before anything begins. Once the service is running, you have direct contact with us whenever something changes or needs attention.
The first conversation
Before arranging a visit, we ask a few practical questions about the premises, current cleaning arrangements, preferred cleaning times and any problems you want the new service to solve. This helps us understand whether the work is suitable and what we need to look at during the site visit.
Visiting the premises
We walk through the building with you and look at the areas that need cleaned. The visit allows us to quote for the actual work rather than relying on a rough hourly estimate.
- How the premises are used
- Busy and quieter areas
- Washrooms, kitchens and shared spaces
- Floors and internal glazing
- Opening hours
- Keys, alarms and access
- Current cleaning problems
- Any periodic or additional work
Preparing the quote
The quote is based on the size and layout of the premises, the tasks required, cleaning frequency, access arrangements and the time needed to complete the work properly. We provide a clear price for the agreed service. Any occasional or additional work can be quoted separately.
Agreeing what is included
Before the contract begins, we confirm everything in writing so both sides have a clear understanding of what has been agreed.
- Which areas will be cleaned
- What tasks will be completed
- How often each task will be done
- Cleaning days and times
- Access arrangements
- Equipment and materials
- Any exclusions or additional work
Getting ready to start
We confirm the start date, organise staff and equipment, and make sure any keys, alarm instructions or site information are in place. Where a client is changing cleaning provider, we work around the agreed handover date.
The first few visits
The early visits allow us to make sure the time, routine and cleaning plan work properly in practice. If a small adjustment is needed, we discuss it directly rather than allowing the same problem to continue.
Staying in contact
Cleaning needs can change when rooms are used differently, staff numbers increase or opening hours change. Clients can contact us directly, and we update the arrangement where necessary.
Tell us about your premises
We can discuss what you need and arrange a site visit before preparing a quote.
