Cleaning for technical workspaces in Belfast

General cleaning in suitable non-controlled areas of technical and workshop environments.

What matters in this type of premises

Technical workspaces and workshops need cleaning that is planned around operational activity. Access to certain areas may be restricted or require supervision, and the cleaning programme needs to reflect that. Offices, welfare areas, circulation spaces and suitable non-controlled workshop areas can be scheduled around production or operational hours. We agree the scope clearly in advance so there is no ambiguity about what is and is not included.

Areas we can include

  • Offices and administration areas
  • Welfare facilities and staff areas
  • Toilets and washrooms
  • Corridors and circulation areas
  • Entrance and reception areas
  • Non-controlled workshop and production areas (where suitable)

When the cleaning can be done

Cleaning is scheduled around operational hours to minimise disruption. Where certain areas require supervised access, that is agreed before the contract starts. The programme is built around the actual layout and access requirements of the site.

How we plan the work

The cleaning plan covers general cleaning in areas that are suitable for standard commercial cleaning methods. We do not carry out specialist decontamination, clean-room cleaning, clinical cleaning or work involving hazardous materials. The scope is agreed clearly in writing, and any areas outside our remit are identified at the site visit stage.
