Multi-site cleaning covers two or more commercial premises under a single contract. Each site has its own written cleaning plan reflecting its layout, use and access arrangements, but all sites are managed under one agreement with centralised communication and one point of contact. This removes the complexity of running separate cleaning arrangements at each location.

How the cleaning plan works

Each site has its own written cleaning plan produced after a site visit. The plans sit under a single contract covering overall scope, site-by-site requirements and the review process. You deal with one point of contact for all sites. Changes to individual site plans are handled through the same contract.

Scheduling

Schedules are agreed on a site-by-site basis within the overall contract. Each site's schedule reflects its timetable, access arrangements and cleaning frequency. Where sites have different requirements — for example, a retail unit with daytime access and an office with out-of-hours access — these are accommodated within the same contract. All schedules are confirmed in writing.
