Nefeli's Dream is an owner-led cleaning company based in Belfast. We organise and oversee the work ourselves, so clients have direct contact with the people responsible for their service.
How we work
We are a Belfast cleaning company that takes on commercial contracts — offices, activity centres, visitor properties, churches and similar premises. The work is organised and overseen directly by us, not passed through layers of management or handed to a coordinator.
When you contact us, you speak to the people who are responsible for your contract. If something needs to change, it changes quickly. There are no call centres and no waiting for someone else to make a decision.
We have been doing this work in Belfast and the surrounding area for some time. We know the kinds of problems that come up in commercial cleaning contracts and we deal with them directly.

We take on commercial contracts only. Our work covers offices, activity centres, visitor properties, churches, retail premises and similar buildings.
Local knowledge
We are based in Belfast and work across the city and nearby towns. We know the area and the kinds of premises we are likely to be asked to clean.
Fully insured
We are fully insured for commercial cleaning work. Certificates are available on request before any contract is signed.
How we get started
We visit the premises before we quote. That gives us what we need to agree the work accurately — what is included, how often, at what times and at what price. Nothing is assumed.
Site visit
We visit your premises before quoting. We walk through the building, look at the areas to be cleaned and discuss access, timing and any current problems.
Agreed cleaning plan
You receive a written cleaning plan before any contract is signed. It sets out exactly what will be cleaned, how often and at what times.
Organised start
We confirm access arrangements, cleaning times and the agreed start date. If you are moving from another provider, we plan the changeover to avoid any gap in service.
Ongoing contact
We stay in contact once the contract is running. If standards slip or something changes, we deal with it directly.
